The different processors like Intel Atom and NVIDIA Tegra2 have different display outputs and different audio signals. GE-Research develops different adapter boards, that every processor type can supported from our Hpe_IRP2 platform.
The following Audio / Display Child Boards are available:
HD-AH1 - For Nvidia Tegra2 processor
HD-AHD1 - For processors with Display Port output
HD-AHL1 - For every LVDS display from Qseven or FPGA
HD-HS1 - For Intel Atom processors

HD-HS1 - For Intel Atom processors
The HD-HS1 is an audio and display child board for the Hpe_IRP2. It can be used together with Q7 module with an Intel ATOM CPU. This child board support a dual display on the DVI connector. The digital part of the connector isgenerated from the SDVO output and the analogue part of the connector (VGA) is generated from the LVDS signals. The HDA audio signal is converted to a line in and line out signal plus a microphone input.

HD-AH1 - For Nvidia Tegra2 processor
The HD-AH1 is an audio and display child board for the Hpe_IRP2. It can be used together with Q7 module with an NVIDIA Tegra2 CPU.
This child board support a dual display on the DVI connector. The digital part of the connector is generated from the HDMI output (no converter necessary) and the analogue part of the connector (VGA) is generated from the LVDSsignals.
The AC97 audio signal is converted to a line in and a line out signal plus a microphone input.

HD-AHL1H = LVDS display plus HDA CODEC
The HD-HS1 is an audio and display child board for the Hpe_IRP2. It can be used together with Q7 module with any CPU.
This child board supports different JILI connectors. It can be used to connect directly a LCD display.
Two versions are available, one with a HDA, second with an AC97 audio CODEC. A line in and line out signal plus a microphone input is available.
