HMX1-AS2The new FPGA module populated with 1 Altera Stratix™ II device EP2S60, EP2S90 or EP2S180. Two Hpe®_child board connectors are on the module.
One connector has 99 standard I/O or can be ordered with DDR2 signal levels. The second connector is a high speed connector with 32 impedance controlled
signals plus 33 I/O, e.g for our PCI Express child board. Furthermore it is possible to use this connector with 99 I/O for every standard child board.
On the module are a standard ALTERA USB Blaster ™, the clock factory and a configuration flash.
The FPGA is in a 1020 pin package with C3- speed grade.
