AMBA-IP-Manager improvements:

• Added support for interconnections (non AMBA based) between IP cores
• The address decoder is more flexible now (arbitrary addresses can be used)
• Implemented a more generic interrupt routing (the number of system interrupts is no longer fixed to 24 - it depends on an IRQ receiver core now)
• Added a size estimation for the used IP cores
• Allow SDC constraints for each defined pinning preset
• Implemented PLL clock sharing for IP cores that require the same clock frequency
• Added AIM wrappers for the IP cores provided by ARM on the MPS platform
• The GER PCIe core can now be used as Completer and as Requester (new)
